  Vivian Valdmanis, PhD

   
   

Dr. Valdmanis is a health economist who concentrates on modeling hospital performance along with a policy focus oncare for the uninsured, contingency planning as well as public and community health.

In addition to health/medical care, evaluations in several low and middle income countries, she holds a reserach fellowship at the Technical University of Delft (the Netherlands) and researches regularly on advanced modeling techniques with colleagues from the U.S. and France.
