Scholars @ USP
USP’s Health Policy faculty includes researchers in health economics, epidemiology, health law and regulation, social science, rehabilitation and geriatrics. Their focus is to generate practical options to improve the performance of America’s complex health care system. They also work internationally with health care programs and facilities in both developing and industrialized countries.
Locally, faculty members work in partnership with the Pennsylvania Department of Health, the Philadelphia Department of Health, and numerous community-based organizations to enrich public programs with scholarly expertise.
To share ideas and learning, we regularly hold symposia on major issues and seminars that are open to the public.
